• We have a zero tolerance policy – if you see something, say something!
• No drones are allowed in Pioneertown including at Pappy + Harriet’s. They spook the horses and people have been thrown off.
• Dress appropriately for the weather and check the forecast before you arrive. Days can be warm but nights get chilly. Avoid open toe shoes.
• Pioneertown is a real town with very vocal residents and businesses. Please be respectful of noise, parking, and litter. Treat Pioneertown kindly as its welcomed guest.
• Bag Policy
• All persons and bags are subject to search upon entry. Failure to consent or submit to inspection will result in denial of entry.
• No Backpacks.
• Bags larger than a medium sized purse or fanny pack are not allowed
• Allowed and Prohibited Items
• No Knives, guns, or pepper spray. They will be confiscated.
• No outside food or alcohol.
• Open containers in Pioneertown are strictly forbidden. There is no walking around outside the P+H property with any alcohol.
• No chairs are allowed to be brought in.
• Empty water bottles are allowed to refill at water stations.
• No professional photography or cameras are allowed. No cameras larger than a cellphone.
• Service Animals
• Please leave animals at home unless strictly a medical necessity. The venue gets very crowded and it’s unsafe for most animals unless properly trained. Service animals are permitted in designated areas during shows for safety purposes. Please see hosts and security. Pets are not permitted inside the restaurant or music venue.
